2010 Tallahassee Fitness Festival

Each stage presentation includes one (1) 20-minute presentation which includes a cordless microphone with sound system and a screen. There is an additional fee should you require special audio/visual needs such as a computer, LCD projector, additional microphones, DVD player, etc. A basic booth is included in the fee to conduct a stage presentation and is equipped with one 8-foot table with linen, 2 chairs and electricity. Presenters will receive 1) listing of their activity in the program line-up during their scheduled time 2) name listed in the program credits as a stage presenter and 3) will receive an invitation to the exhibitor reception and tickets to the festival.

Walk in the Park - Column Booth - Crawl before you walk - take advantage of this moderately priced booth to get all the basics out to your target audience. Electrical access for your booth. If you plan on using electricity for ANYTHING, you will need to purchase electricity separate for your booth. This includes, computers, radios, equipment, etc. May not be shared between booths. For those exhibitors who share electricity, a fee of $250 will be charged to you on the day of the event.
